Passwords are processed by a secure authentication service. PropFirmCheckup administrators do not receive, store, display, or request your account password. Never include passwords, recovery codes, payment card details, private keys, or similar credentials in a review or support case.
We use information to provide member accounts, publish community reviews, calculate ratings, manage payout-support cases, prevent abuse, protect the platform, respond to requests, manage loyalty points, attribute affiliate referrals, administer giveaways, and communicate about activity connected to your account.
Submitted reviews may be displayed publicly with the review name associated with your account. Payout-support cases are private to the submitting member and authorized PropFirmCheckup administrators unless disclosure is required by law or separately authorized.
We use selected infrastructure, authentication, database, email, and security providers to operate PropFirmCheckup. These providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable agreements and privacy terms.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
PropFirmCheckup is intended for an international audience. Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may give you additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information.
