The overall score shown on a firm page is the arithmetic average of overall ratings from approved PropFirmCheckup reviews. Pending or rejected reviews do not affect the public score.
Traders may optionally rate payout experience, customer support, rule clarity, and platform experience. Each category score uses public reviews that supplied a rating for that category.
Signed-in member reviews publish immediately. Our team can remove spam, duplicates, credential leaks, impersonation, abusive content, conflicts of interest, or submissions unrelated to a genuine prop-firm experience. A review is not removed simply because it is negative.
Each member account can submit one review for each firm. This reduces repeat-review spam and helps keep firm scores tied to distinct member accounts.
PropFirmCheckup does not copy another review platform’s rating into its own score. Third-party information, if shown, must be clearly identified and separate from the PropFirmCheckup community rating.
Being listed on PropFirmCheckup does not give a firm the ability to set or directly change its community score. Ratings change through approved member reviews.
