Firm Rules

• Trading was fully simulated. Vault Funder's own regulatory disclosure confirms evaluations and funded accounts ran in a simulated environment and that client funds were never traded or held for live-market trading.
• Expert Advisors were allowed on standard evaluation accounts.
• Copy trading was restricted and depended on the programme.
• High-frequency and ultra-high-speed strategies were prohibited.
• Latency arbitrage and data-feed exploitation were prohibited, as were external or deliberately slowed data feeds.
• Price-feed manipulation or exploitation was prohibited.
• Gambling-style overleveraging and excessive one-sided exposure were prohibited.
• Exploiting gaps or news was restricted.
• Account manipulation and coordinated trading across accounts were prohibited.
• Drawdown was calculated on both equity and balance.

Payout Policy

Profit split up to 90%, varying by programme - some sources record 80% as the standard with 90% as an upgrade. Paid in cryptocurrency. The standard 2-Step listing carried a payout cycle of around 30 days. Other programme versions and promotions differed. CLOSURE: Vault Funder states that existing active accounts are being refunded and outstanding earned profits paid out, with claim forms sent to affected customers.
