Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• 2-Step Phase 1: 10% profit target, 3% daily drawdown, 6% maximum drawdown, static drawdown, unlimited evaluation period.
• 2-Step Phase 2: 5% profit target, 3% daily drawdown, 6% maximum drawdown, static drawdown.
• 1-Step: 12% profit target, 3% daily drawdown, 6% maximum drawdown, static drawdown, no fixed minimum trading days for the evaluation.
• Instant Funding: no profit target, 3% daily drawdown, 6% maximum drawdown, end-of-trade trailing balance, 1:2 leverage on every pair, and a 20% consistency score before a payout.
• Account sizes are $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 on all three routes.
• 2-Step fees: $100 ($10K), $200 ($25K), $350 ($50K), $580 ($100K). 1-Step fees: $120 ($10K), $250 ($25K), $420 ($50K), $700 ($100K). Instant Funding fees: $200 ($10K), $340 ($25K), $580 ($50K), $1,000 ($100K).
• Crypto trades around the clock; the help centre lists 100+ crypto pairs and 40 tokenized stocks.
• Minimum Trading Days: Instant Funding: None 1 and 2 Step, Evaluation: None | Funded: 3 Profitable Trading days of 0.5% profit each day.
• News Trading: Allowed with no restrictions Expert Advisors EAs and trading bots are allowed if you own or have exclusive rights to them.
• Copy Trading: You may use copy trading services or software(must own the software) to mirror trades to your Tradeify account.
• Minimum Hold Time (Funded Only): To prevent micro-scalping and high-frequency strategies, all trades must be held for a minimum of 20 seconds. Violation may results to account termination
• Hedging Policy: Hedging is not permitted; traders may not hold simultaneous long and short positions in the same instrument to offset risk.
• Partial Closes & Trading Day Counting: Partial closes are allowed but cannot be used to artificially inflate trading days or meet Minimum Trading Day or Consistency requirements. A trading day only counts once the entire position is fully closed — a position remains active until all volume is closed.
• Overnight Positions: Positions may be held overnight, but the original position size must remain fully intact to carry into the next trading day. This prevents artificial creation of trading days through partial closes. Attempts to manipulate trading day counts may result in affected profits being excluded or other corrective action at Tradeify's discretion.
• Inactivity Policy: Accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days may be terminated; at least one trade must be placed within every 30-day period to maintain account activity.
• VPN/VPS/IP Policy: VPNs and VPS are allowed and can help with connection stability and execution speed. However, accounts must remain personal. Account sharing or group trading is strictly prohibited, and VPN/VPS may not be used to mask it. Multiple or overlapping IP logins may trigger additional verification, including proof of VPN/VPS setup or a verification interview.
• Prohibited Strategies: Latency arbitrage, news straddling, group trading, or HFT, Hedging, Cross-account hedging, opposite/reverse trading between accounts, account sharing or third-party management, trade coordination to circumvent risk controls, exploiting platform/pricing/execution errors, and any strategy designed to bypass the evaluation rules.

Payout Policy

Profit Split: 80% | 95% with add-on Payout Frequency: On Demand $100 minimum with 3 minimum profitable days (0.5%) on 1 and 2 step Payout Lock (1-step and Instant Funding) When you request your first payout, your drawdown locks at your starting balance. Withdrawing all profit means any loss will breach the account Drawdown Lock (Instant Funding) Once the MLL reaches the starting balance, it locks and no longer Trails Payouts go out as USDC through Confirmo, or as crypto or a bank transfer through Rise, which supports 100+ digital assets. Bank payouts through Rise usually land in 1-2 business days.
