Firm Rules

• Instant Funding: No profit target. Smart drawdown starts at -10% and tightens to -5% once the account is +5% in profit. No minimum trading days.
• One-Step: Profit target 8-10%, maximum drawdown 6-8%, daily drawdown 4%, minimum 10 trading days.
• Two-Step: Profit target 10% in Phase 1 plus 5% in Phase 2, maximum drawdown 8-10%, daily drawdown 5%, minimum 13 trading days.
• Maximum drawdown is 8% as standard on the evaluation programs, extendable to 10% through a paid add-on.
• A trading day counts only when a position is opened whose closed PnL moves more than 0.25% of the balance at the start of that day. The minimum-days requirement can be removed with an add-on.
• Maximum position size: 1x the initial account balance per trade on Instant Funding, 2x on One-Step and Two-Step.
• Cumulative exposure: 2x the initial account balance on Instant Funding, 3x on One-Step and Two-Step. Exceeding it opens a 5-minute grace period to bring the position back in line.
• Leverage is up to 1:100 on all crypto assets across every program.
• Expert Advisors: automated trading bots and EAs are allowed.
• News trading is permitted; there are no blackout windows around crypto news events.
• Overnight and weekend positions may be held - the crypto markets run continuously.
• A stop loss is not mandatory.
• Evaluations carry no maximum time limit.
• Mubite may restrict trading it judges excessively risky: high leverage, over-exposure, unusually large or small position sizes, disruptive strategies, or a sharp deviation from a trader's own history.
• Trading is on Bybit or Cleo; the platform is chosen after a plan is selected. Bybit carries 600+ USDT futures pairs, Cleo 360+ on Binance market data.
• Starting account sizes are $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $200,000, with scaling up to $1,000,000.
• The challenge fee is refunded with the first profit split on the simulated funded account; fees otherwise become non-refundable once trading has begun.

Payout Policy

Instant Funding: 70% profit split as standard, 80% with the paid upgrade. The first payout comes at least 14 days after the first trade and needs a 5% profit milestone; payouts run every 14 days after that. Minimum payout $35. One-Step and Two-Step: 80% profit split as standard, 90% with the paid upgrade. The first payout is on demand once eligible, then every 14 days. Minimum payout $50. Every program caps a single request at 5% of the account size; eligible profit above that carries forward. Payouts are requested from the dashboard and approved requests are processed within 24-48 hours. There are no automatic daily withdrawals. Withdrawal options are USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), bank transfer, and Mubite Points.
