Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• Price Limit Rule: Traders are prohibited from trading any product within 2% of a CME price limit
• Dollar Cost Averaging: DCA is allowed provided it’s not your primary trading strategy.
• Account Rolling: Purchasing and trading multiple challenge accounts aggressively with the hope of suceeding in atleast one is prohibited.
• AI and Bots: Fully automated trading using AI or bots is not permitted. We want to see traders applying their skills rather than relying on algorithms to do the work.
• Order Fill Manipulation: Placing multiple limit orders at the same price to manipulate order fills is strictly forbidden. This disrupts the fairness of our environment.
• Exploiting Market Gaps: Attempting to profit from isolated fills in gapped or illiquid markets goes against the spirit of fair trading. We expect traders to avoid taking advantage of these market conditions.
• Account flipping: Any pattern of trading activity involving a payout request, account breach, followed by another payout request, breach, and so on, is not allowed. This is an example of flipping. A trader’s goal should be to reach and maintain a sustainable live account.
• No Slippage Exploitation: Using tight brackets and exploiting the absence of slippage to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Trading should mimic real-world conditions as closely as possible.
• Hedging or reverse trading: Hedging and reverse trading cannot be conducted using different accounts, multiple users, or within the same challenge.
• Multiple Countries Access: Traders accessing their accounts from multiple countries (e.g., a trader logging in from the USA and then Vietnam) may be flagged for potential account sharing or unauthorized account management.
• IP sharing: Multiple accounts belonging to different traders using the same IP address is prohibited.
• Copy Trading: Copying trades from other traders’ accounts is prohibited. However, you are allowed to copy trades between your own accounts without any restrictions.
• Collaborative Trading: Coordinating with others to execute the same or opposite strategies across multiple accounts, often known as “Group Trading,” is not allowed. Each trader should trade independently.
• News trading: News trading restrictions apply to all funded accounts. But violating this will no longer be a hard breach. If a trade lands inside a restricted news window, that trade will simply be voided.
• Prohibited Activities: Straddles/strangles or disguised news trades to exploit volatility.
• For Tier 1 news: All trades must be closed at least 2 minutes before the news release. Trades can only be reopened no sooner than 2 minutes afterward the news have ended (we also consider 2 minutes of news duration for a total of 6 minutes, 2 before and 4 after the release of the data) For non-Tier 1 news Open trades can remain, but new trades around (just before, during, or immediately after ) the event are discouraged to avoid volatility risks. Inactivity Rule: Standard inactivity rule: Accounts are terminated if no trade is placed for 29 days. For Instant accounts purchased after November 23, 2025: Must place at least one trade every 7 days, or the account will be breached. Accounts remain active with recurring monthly payments, even without trades, but regular activity is encouraged to avoid termination. Terminated accounts can be recovered by settling all outstanding payments (requires prior contact for pauses due to special reasons)
• Trading Hours: Futures trading operates from 6:00 PM EST to 4:55 PM EST the following day. For example, if the Futures market opens at 6:00 PM EST on Monday, the trading session will run until 4:55 PM EST on Tuesday, marking the close of that day’s session. The Futures market is closed from Friday at 4:55 PM EST until Sunday at 6:00 PM EST. There may also be scheduled closures for holidays, which will be announced in advance.
• Position Closing Requirement: If trades are not closed by 4:55 PM EST, the system will automatically liquidate them. Ensure all trades are closed on time to maintain control over your positions.
• Overnight Positions: Overnight positions are not permitted. All positions must be closed by 4:55 PM EST daily. Scalping Rule: FuturesElite allows microscalping within certain limits: Trades executed in less than 10 seconds (Min 11 seconds). Trades equal to or less than 1 points on NQ (Nasdaq 100) futures or the equivalent on other instruments. Evaluation: If scalping trades exceed 50% of the target, the account will not be eligible for an upgrade to a funded account. Sim Funded: Scalping transactions on funded accounts do not trigger a violation. Scalping trades are not removed from your payout request, but they will be removed from your leftover profit/buffer chosen by the user. If the scalped amount is higher than the remaining buffer, the account will be breached. • Giveaway accounts Rules: Giveaway accounts follow the same guidelines and rules as all other accounts. The only difference is in the payout cap, which is set at 2%, the profit target at 8% and the days between payouts set at 21, regardless of the plan or account size, and the consistency is set at 50% and set only in the challenge phase of your account.

Payout Policy

SPLIT: 90% on Nitro, Prime and Elite. 80% on Instant. Minimum payout: $500 on Prime, Nitro and Elite. No minimum on Instant. INSTANT - up to 50% of total profits per cycle, after 10 profitable days: 10 days of $150 ($50K), $250 ($100K) or $350 ($150K). Instant profit goal, first payout: $3,500 ($50K), $7,000 ($100K), $10,000 ($150K). Every later payout: $2,000, $3,000, $4,000. Scalping profits do not count toward the goal. Instant caps per request - 1st / 2nd / 3rd: $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 ($50K), $2,500 / $4,000 / $4,500 ($100K), $3,500 / $4,600 / $5,000 ($150K). PRIME - buffer that cannot be withdrawn from: $2,100 ($50K), $3,100 ($100K), $4,600 ($150K). Prime minimum withdrawal: $500 ($25K and $50K), $900 ($100K), $1,100 ($150K). Prime caps - 1st / 2nd / 3rd: $1,000 / $1,500 / $1,500 ($25K), $2,000 / $2,500 / $2,800 ($50K), $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,500 ($100K), $3,000 / $3,500 / $3,800 ($150K). ELITE (with or without a daily loss limit) - 6 profitable days of $100 ($25K), $150 ($50K), $250 ($100K) or $350 ($150K). Elite also needs at least $1 of net profit in the cycle, with the balance above where it sat after the last payout, or above the starting balance on a first payout. Elite caps per request, 50% of remaining profit: $1,000 ($25K), $2,000 ($50K), $2,500 ($100K), $3,000 ($150K). NITRO - buffer: $1,100 ($25K), $2,100 ($50K), $3,100 ($100K), $4,600 ($150K). Minimum withdrawal $500, same net-profit threshold as Elite. Nitro caps per request: $1,000 ($25K), $2,000 ($50K), $2,500 ($100K), $2,800 ($150K). Nitro daily sim-profit ceiling - hitting or passing it moves the account to live automatically: $4,000 ($25K), $6,000 ($50K), $8,000 ($100K), $10,000 ($150K). ALL PLANS: the trailing drawdown locks at the initial challenge balance once profit equals the maximum drawdown percentage, or after the first payout request. After that, any drop below the initial balance breaches the account.
