Firm Rules
Two products are sold to new customers: Standard MAX (monthly) and STEADY (one-time). OG and Express MAX are retired for new purchases; existing accounts keep their old rules.
Standard MAX runs Evaluation straight to a funded sim account - there is no Exhibition stage. $25K - $135/mo, $2,000 target, $1,500 EOD drawdown, $1,000 soft daily loss, 3 minis or 30 micros. $50K - $160, $3,000, $2,000, $1,250, 4/40. $100K - $315, $6,000, $3,600, $2,500, 10/100. $150K - $365, $9,000, $5,000, $3,750, 15/150. $250K - $590, $15,000, $6,000, $4,500, 20/200.
Standard MAX needs 5 winning days in the evaluation; a winning day is $100 to $300 depending on account size.
STEADY replaces Express MAX and runs 2-day evaluation, then sim funded, then 5 payout cycles, then a live review. One-time payment with no activation fee: $149 ($25K), $229 ($50K), $308 ($100K), $585 ($150K), $750 ($250K), often at 50% promo.
STEADY evaluation: 2 minimum winning days, EOD trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit. Targets $2,000 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 / $15,000 with maximum drawdowns of $1,200 / $2,000 / $3,200 / $4,700 / $5,500 by size.
STEADY funded: a 90/10 split, no consistency rule, no daily loss limit, EOD trailing drawdown, the buffer must be fully built, and 5 winning days per payout cycle.
A trader may hold up to 10 accounts in total but no more than 5 funded at once. Copy trading is allowed across up to 5 accounts.
Hedging is not allowed - and note that minis and micros count as different products, so holding long NQ against short MNQ can be a violation.
No overnight positions. Everything must be closed by 4:50 PM EST; the next session opens at 6:00 PM EST.
News: high-impact news trading is allowed during the evaluation, but Tier-1 events are restricted on Exhibition and funded accounts - FOMC, FOMC minutes, NFP, CPI, EIA for energy traders and the agricultural reports for agricultural traders. The trader must be flat from one minute before to one minute after, tracked on the Financial Juice calendar.
Bots are allowed at the firm's discretion, but high-frequency bots and anything that exploits the simulated environment are prohibited and can cost the account.
The path can end in a real live account: after 5 consecutive payouts a trader may apply to the risk manager for a Live-Funded account. Approval is not automatic - the risk manager decides.
For accounts bought after 1 July 2026, sim-funded profits do NOT carry over to the live account. The live account starts at the original account size plus the original buffer.
Payout Policy
Standard MAX pays an 80/20 split. To withdraw, the buffer must be fully built, the balance must sit at least $500 above it, and consistency must be 40% or under. Minimum withdrawal $500.
STEADY pays a 90/10 split with a $500 minimum, one payout per 5 winning days, and a maximum of 5 simulated payouts before the live review.
STEADY per-account payout caps - payouts 1-3 then 4+: $1,000 / $1,200 ($25K), $1,500 / $2,000 ($50K), $2,000 / $2,500 ($100K), $2,500 / $3,000 ($150K), $3,000 / $3,500 ($250K).
A global cap of $10,000 applies across all of a trader's accounts per payout.
Live-Funded pays 90/10 with no consistency rule, no payout cap and same-day payouts, subject to risk-manager approval.
Payouts are made by ACH, PayPal or bank wire.
Worth knowing: the marketing describes same-day or within-24-hour payouts once eligible, but a number of current Trustpilot reviews report waits of two to three weeks. Both are recorded here rather than only the advertised figure.
