Firm Rules

• News Trading: Evaluation: Allowed Funded: Strictly prohibited during red folder news events (ForexFactory). All trades must be closed 2 minutes before and no new trades until 2 minutes after the event. This includes opening, holding, or pending orders. First violation results in profit deduction; further violations may result in account termination.
• Expert Advisors: Fully automated trading (AI, bots, EAs) is strictly prohibited. Semi-automated trading is allowed only if the trader actively monitors and manually manages all trades. Automated scalping systems exceeding 200 trades per day are not permitted.
• Copy Trading: Copy Trading is allowed between your own accounts (including external accounts personally owned). Copying trades from or to another trader's account, using shared EA configurations, third-party copy services, or "Pass Your Challenge" services is not permitted. Violations result in account breach, profit forfeiture, and potential permanent ban.
• Trading Hours: Daily session: 10:00 PM UTC – 8:10 PM UTC the following day (Sunday through Friday). All open trades are auto-closed at market close, this does not count as a violation. Holiday hours: May vary. Times may shift seasonally due to daylight savings.
• Inactivity Rule: Evaluation: You are required to place at least one trade within 7 days to avoid your account being marked inactive. Failure to this, your account will be breached due to inactivity and no further action can be done on the account. Funded: You are required to place at least one trade within 7 days to avoid your account being marked inactive. • Biggest Loss vs. Biggest Win (single trade): Your biggest single trade loss cannot exceed your biggest single trade win during the funded stage within each withdrawal cycle. The calculation is applied to net profits (commissions included). Trade definition: A trade is defined as one entry and its corresponding exit. Multiple contracts opened and closed in one execution count as one trade. Separately entered or partially closed positions are each counted as individual trades.
• 2% Price Limit Rule: Trading within 2% of a CME price limit is prohibited. This protects traders from market halts, extreme price swings, and major slippage.
• Drawdown Lock Rule: The trailing drawdown locks at starting balance + $100 and no longer trails for the remainder of the account's lifetime.

Payout Policy

PROFIT SPLIT Beginner and Instant Standard: 100% on the first $15,000 of lifetime withdrawals, then 90%. The $15,000 is tracked per user across every account and profile, not per account. Standard: a fixed 90% split. Flex: a fixed 80% split. BEGINNER - payouts every 7 days Profit requirement: 7% for the first payout, 6% for the second, 5% from the third onward. Winning days needed: 5 days of $120+ ($25K), $200+ ($50K), $360+ ($100K) or $580+ ($150K). The count resets after each successful withdrawal. Target balance before eligibility: $26,500 ($25K), $53,500 ($50K), $107,000 ($100K), $110,500 ($150K). Payout cap per request: $750, $1,500, $3,000 and $4,500 by size. Minimum payout $250. STANDARD Winning days needed: 5 days of $120+ ($25K), $200+ ($50K), $360+ ($100K) or $580+ ($150K), resetting after each withdrawal. Buffer zone that cannot be withdrawn from: $26,100 ($25K), $52,100 ($50K), $103,100 ($100K), $154,600 ($150K). Payout cap per request: $850, $1,500, $2,000 and $3,000 by size. Minimum payout $500. INSTANT STANDARD Profit requirement: 6% for the first payout, 5% for the second, 4% from the third onward. Winning days needed: 7 days of $100+ on $50K, or $200+ on $100K. Payout cap per request: $1,500 ($50K) and $3,000 ($100K). Minimum payout $250. FLEX Winning days needed: 5 days of $150+ ($50K), $300+ ($100K) or $500+ ($150K). Maximum reward per request: 50% of profits, capped at $1,500 ($50K), $2,500 ($100K) or $3,500 ($150K). Minimum payout $500. ACROSS ALL PLANS Every plan also requires the consistency rule to be met and the biggest single trade loss not to exceed the biggest single trade win. On the first withdrawal the maximum drawdown adjusts to the starting balance plus $100 and stops trailing. On Standard accounts, withdrawing below the buffer zone triggers the same adjustment. Rewards are processed within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm CT) through Riseworks. Crypto is available for amounts under $1,000 on a case-by-case basis. A flat $35 processing fee applies to the first reward each month. Withdrawal guarantee: $500 is added to the payment if it is not processed within 24 business hours, excluding delays outside the firm's control.
