Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• News trading is allowed on all evaluation accounts, and Advanced Qualified accounts carry no news restriction either.
• Standard, Zero and Direct Qualified accounts: no new orders may be executed from two minutes before to two minutes after a high-impact news event. Positions already open may be held, subject to the other rules.
• AI, bots and fully automated trading are prohibited. Semi-automated indicators are allowed provided the trader executes and manages every trade manually.
• Tick and micro scalping is prohibited where it forms an exploitative pattern - specifically trades under 10 ticks AND under 2 minutes. The rule is about the pattern, not a blanket requirement that every trade last two minutes.
• Hedging and reverse trading are prohibited, whether across two accounts (long NQ on one, short NQ on the other) or inside one account (long NQ against short MNQ).
• Group trading is prohibited - no coordinating identical or opposite strategies with other traders.
• A VPS is allowed. A VPN used to hide or change the IP address is not.
• The trading platform is locked in at purchase and cannot be changed afterwards.
• Accounts trade in a simulated environment with simulated funds, and performance fees are calculated on simulated results.
• Standard: the monthly subscription ends automatically on passing - a Qualified Trader pays no monthly fee.
• Advanced: no Daily Loss Guard, no scaling and no activation fee on accounts bought after 8 July 2026.
• Zero and Direct carry no activation fee. Direct skips the evaluation entirely for a one-time payment.

Payout Policy

Profit split is 90% on every plan. Up to 4 withdrawals per month. Eligibility is earned in cycles of 5 winning trading days. A winning day is $200 or more in profit, and the days do not have to be consecutive. A request may generally be for up to 50% of available profit; the rest stays in the account. STANDARD - minimum $500. Maximum per request: $3,000 ($50K), $4,000 ($100K), $5,000 ($150K). ADVANCED - minimum $1,000, maximum $15,000. No consistency rule once qualified. ZERO - minimum $200. Maximum per request: $1,000 ($25K), $1,500 ($50K), $2,500 ($100K). DIRECT - minimum $500, and a profit target must be reached before each withdrawal. First target / second and later target / maximum withdrawal, by account size: $25K: $1,500 / $1,000 / $1,000. $50K: $3,000 / $2,000 / $2,000. $100K: $6,000 / $4,000 / $2,500. $150K: $9,000 / $6,000 / $3,000.
